Plain mailing envelope has noticeable soiling, more so to back than front, half of back flap missing. Good. Order blank is tan w/printing in black including small illustration of trademark mermaid. Additional whistles could be obtained w/one label from Chicken of the Sea tuna and 25 cents. Has expiration date of Feb. 28, 1967. Center vertical crease but remains clean and unused. VF. Whistle has small "Green Hornet" logo on the handle. NM. A rare premium and must have item for the Green Hornet collector.
