c. 1950s. Original box is 2.5x4x8.25" long. Box is heavily worn but complete with exception of one inside flap, other flaps have old inside paper tape repairs, VG. Box contains a 7.25" long well-made gun w/heavy cast metal body and plastic grips. Gun is designed w/raised name "Atomic Disintegrator" on each side along w/nice futuristic design including simulated power setting knob on right side. Uses roll caps. Gun has some scattered luster loss, about 80% remaining. Grips have typical warp w/age. Cap chamber is bright and clean, appearing to have had little use. A VF example of this classic space gun complete with displayable box.
