Item Description
23" long pressed metal mechanical gun w/wooden stock by Marx Toys, 1930s. Each side has identical "Gangbusters" theme image subtitled "Crusade Against Crime" plus Marx logo. Front grip has an eagle badge design with Gangbusters text. Although similar in design and functions to G-Man Guns #2495-96, Gangbusters version has drum magazine mounted on top rather than actual Tommy-Gun style. Gun winds by key on right side causing rat-tat-tat sound. Circular simulated bullet chamber is supposed to revolve but no longer does. Also has flint sparking action, but flint is missing and can easily be replaced. Litho parts have scattered wear/aging. Fine.
