Item Description
Ovaltine Premium. 4.5x6" 12 page manual/code book for Secret Squadron members. Contents include TV cast photo including Richard Webb as Captain Midnight plus illustration and description of Silver Dart Decoder Badge. Manual also includes information on 15th anniversary Captain Midnight Ovaltine shaker mug and Flight Commander Silver Signet Ring. Back cover has Flight Commanders promotion application which remains blank. Manual is Exc.. Rest of lot includes Exc. signed membership card, letter to club member and mailing envelope which has small creases but still Fine. Complete with plastic decoder badge. 2.5" long in bright silver plastic with removable red plastic nose piece which pulls out to reveal interior tube-like area for secret messages. Underside of the piece has a bar pin mounted in a groove. Also on the underside is a movable blue pointer with the numbers "1/2/3" and these can be used in conjunction with the surrounding alphabet letters to code or decode messages. Full bright luster. NM and as nice as they come. Scarce.
