Item Description
"Canada Dry" carrying case with images of Terry, Burma, Chopstick Joe, Dragon Lady and Hotshot Charlie contains six 7 fluid ounce bottles of "Sparkling Canada Dry Water." Case has scattered wear with a 1.25" tear and is Fine. Bottles remain full with wear to bottle caps which are Fine, bottles are Exc./NM. These cases were issued with one of three 3.5x7.5", 36-page "Terry And The Pirates" comics. 1953 promotion (see display sign item #2051). Included is the set of three: Book 1 - "Hot Shot Charlie Flies Again.," Book 2 - "Forced Landing," Book 3 - "Dragon Lady In Distress." Books have obvious wear and handling with tears and splits as were stapled to carrying cases, most tears resulting from removal. Good overall. Rarely found as a set w/full carrier. From the Tomart Archives, comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
