Item Description
11.25" long thin cardboard box has nice graphics of truck and cases of soda bottles on each side. Box has interior Styrofoam reinforcement. One end has two inside and one outer flap missing. Cardboard reinforcement has been glued in back of flap that is present. Box has some aging and lt. wear and is only VG but still scarce and okay for display. 10.5" long hard plastic truck with rubber tires has Pepsi-Cola decals on both sides and comes with six 24-bottle cases, each 1.25x1.75" done in molded colored plastic to resemble wood. One case has .5" crack at corner, otherwise all are VF with strong lettering. Most likely six cases were all that came with truck as that is all that is pictured on the box. Truck's decals show overall darkening due to original adhesive, still 98% complete. Truck has trace of lt. wear but is VF. Decals and soda cases have double dot logo which was only used in the 1940's and ended in 1951, thus dating this truck to about 1950.
