Top has large purple and white fabric ribbon with safety pin fastener on reverse along with slightly worn W&H paper label. Suspended is 2-1/8" double side celluloid. Reverse is blank white celluloid while front has depiction of boxcar marked with the initials of the organization's name along with the year. Their event was held in "Buffalo, N.Y. June 14-15-16." Trivial wear on the ribbon. Cello is essentially Mint. A rare limited issue and only example we've seen.
