4.75" tall with cello "Member" insert on metal hanger at top. Below is gold lettering on pale blue fabric joining to 1.75" choice color celluloid showing the state emblem. Gold text reads "Fifteenth Annual Convention/National Assoc'n Of Railway Commissioners Portland, Maine July 14-19, 1903." Reverse has W&H paper sticker. NM displaying Mint.
