Item Description
These range in size from about .75" to 7/8". Although some company names are represented by more than one item, there are no duplicates as the designs differ. Names and any small condition flaws are as follows: Adlake, Barnes White Flyer (few age dots on edge), Bison Cycles, Crawford Cycles, Crimson Rims, The Dayton Bicycle (brass die-cut), Falcon Cycles (porcelain on brass lapel stud by O'Hara Dial Co. - two barely showing hairline cracks), Fenton Bicycles, Frontenac Bicycles, Gendron Bicycle, Globe Cycles, Halladay Cycle, Henley Bicycles (two different), Hoffman, Iver Johnson Model 30/Arms & Cycle Works (couple of fine tiny craze lines barely seen), Lenox (two different, first has tiny age trace), Mammoth Bicycle and Athletic Supply House (tiny edge stain), New Haven, New York Seamless Single Tube, Rambler, Royal, Shirk, Spalding, Sterns, Sunol Bicycles (inspired by famous race horse), Syracuse Crimson Rims, Warwick 96, The Yellow Fellow (two different). An outstanding and diverse group which includes numerous seldom seen brand names. A similar group of 30 in Auction #196 exceeded $300.
