Item Description
1-5/16" tall with horizontal bar pin and locking clasp on the reverse. The seal design on the front center has many tiny differences compared to what is in use now. Blue enamel has all over general wear with a few very tiny segments missing but barely discernible without magnification. Good bit of the brass luster is worn off. We estimate the piece to be from the 1930s or earlier. An early and rare official badge.
