Item Description
1.75" with no maker name or back paper likely as issued. Great art of them in rwb patriotic costumes. There is a light pinkish mark on her neck area but this is as produced. Celluloid is essentially Mint as made. We've seen this only once or twice before. Likely issued to celebrate July 4th probably around the World War I era.
