This item is designed as a 1-5/8" tall golf tee, fully formed on the front and flat on the back. In addition there is a sterling bar and a curved sterling wire which creates a slot into which a lucky penny can be perfectly inserted. The front of the tee is hand engraved "Ringer 1958." The Ringer Score is an ideal round composed of the very best you've ever shot on each hole at a specific course and on the same tees. Apparently who ever was given this achieved such a score in 1958. The back of the pin is stamped with maker's name "Elonore Doskow/Handmade Sterling." Trivial tarnish. Essentially Mint. Very well made.
