Item Description
First is 1-5/16" tall die-cut white metal stickpin accented with blue and red metallic paint. Essentially Mint and with the frequently broken bayonet tip still intact. The three 1.25" buttons each have W&H back paper. The last two show age. The first button shows Uncle Sam marching along side of signpost "On The Way To Cuba" and with rim text "Bound For Cuba, Gosh Darn Yer." This has numerous but lt. hairline scratches showing in reflected light. Still totally clean and with full gloss. This is the rarest of the three versions. Next version also shows him by signpost but on shaded blue/cream bkg. Tiny age mark on edge at 2 o'clock. Third repeats the same scene as the previous two but text on this around rim is "Cuba Or Bust, By Gosh." White bkg. has toned but no spotting. Another rare one.
