Item Description
1.25" without back paper or maker's name. In addition to showing the letter "V", its Morse code equivalent is pictured along with the text "Aid England, Russia & China." Lower center has Philadelphia union bug. Almost certainly issued prior to Japan's attack on Pearl Harbor. Surface is a hair concave with just small traces of wear showing only in reflected light. Still displays Mint. Scarce.
