Item Description
See Disney Publication Folder #2210. Tight lead pencil art attributed to Manuel Gonzales for cartoon released October 10, 1936 directed by David Hand. Whitman released the Mickey Mouse and BoBo The Elephant Big Little Book #1160 in 1935. 10x12" animation sheet has tight art in lead and red pencil with 5.5x9" image area with elephant holding jump rope in his trunk and Mickey holding the other end as happy Pluto jumps rope. Lt. margin aging, sheet has lt. vertical crease just to left of center and a pair of pin point holes barely showing along rope at right. Image area still displays beautifully and is very large. A classic and delightful scene.
