Contents differ totally from the first catalogue even though many of the same companies are represented. Different merchandise is shown. Rogers & Sons, two-page spread devoted to Lionel circus train, two additional Lionel pages for Mickey and Santa handcars and other Mickey train sets, Knickerbocker dolls, superb two-page spread for Old King Cole store displays, Ohio Art, Seiberling, lamps, Whitman books, much more. Still intact inside front/back covers are order cards for additional catalouges and this features an image of Mickey. Lt. trace of cover wear w/some minor color rubs. Cover remains clean and glossy.
