Item Description
9.5x12" spiral-bound with thick laminated cardboard cover. Front cover reads "After Snow White...What?" First three pages have text dealing with the success of Snow White and the 18 releases planned for 1938-1939. Text notes that 12 of these will be "regulars" while six will be "specials." These pages are followed by two-page choice full color spreads for the "six specials." These are "Ferdinand The Bull, The Practical Pig, The Autograph Hound, Brave Little Tailor, The Ugly Duckling, Mother Goose Goes Hollywood." This is followed by a large fold-out of "Preliminary Chart And Promotion Plans" detailing all 18 releases including first-run pre-release dates, merchandise tie-ins, general publicity, etc. Among the shorts listed are "Farmyard Symphony, Donald's Golf Game, Merbabies, Donald's Lucky Day, Goofy and Wilbur, The Pointer," others. Inside back cover notes RKO distribution. Cover wear with some surface paper rubs/flakes along edges/corner tips. Back cover has few faint crease lines but these are just on the surface and do not go through the entire cover. Cover remains glossy, Fine. Contents have slightest trace of margin aging/corner tip bumps but are VF/Exc. A truly exceptional exhibitor's book which saw very limited distribution. Rare. Our last copy sold for $1,043.
