Item Description
In matching format to item #2256. Whitman ©1935. This front cover features both Mickey & Minnie, same text on back cover. In this book Mickey & Minnie are already in NYC where they meet w/Tony Sarg who takes them to view the parade. Sarg designed the Disney balloons. They once again get turned into balloons but this time they are joined by Donald Duck. They again meet w/Santa this time as he unveils the Macy's window displays. Rough edge to top/bottom of entire copy apparently as printed. Contents aged w/few tiny corner chips. Cover has tiny nicks/chips along edges/corners. Aging but nice color and still a tight copy. Good/VG. As noted in the Overstreet, this ranks #5 on the top 20 BLB and related books. Guides at $300 in Good, $750 in Fine. However, the last copy we sold was also in Good/VG and it brought $1,200.
