Both are television cels c.early 1960s. Each has original cardboard mat with gold foil sticker on reverse as originally sold. First mat has 6.25x9.25" opening around 4.75x4.74" image of Donald Duck smiling and gesturing. Second opening is 6.25x8.25" around 6 1/8x5.75" tall image of Ludwig shown from the waist-up wearing army officer uniform with purple scarf and Uncle Sam hat gesturing towards viewer. Original mats have some aging around edges, backing board of Donald cel has lt. vertical hairline crease and on his image, areas of white paint on each have a few tiny hairlines but paint remains in place except for 1/16" dot off blue of one eye. On Ludwig, his right hand has three small areas of cracked but largely intact paint. Both cels display bright and VF.
