Item Description
3.5x8.5" 12 page album designed to hold 48 different full color poster stamps. Issued during WWII, this 1942 album has 20 of the 48 stamps mounted at appropriate spots. Stamps feature army unit insignias and corresponding images of unit functions showing such things as tanks, planes, ships, etc. Pages have highly detailed text for each stamp plus additional information inside covers. Back cover "America At War" ad for LA Times. Stamps mounted only along top edge so each can be lifted to view text underneath. Lt. cover aging, "Property" information filled out inside cover as intended. Exc. w/Mint stamps.
