Item Description
First is 17.75x23" for New York Mayor John Lindsay who launched a brief and unsuccessful bid for the 1972 Democratic presidential nomination. Concert Feb. 6, 1972 at Plant Park featuring Richie Havens and Liza Minnelli. Of interest Liza's last name misspelled "Minelli". Printed by Zale S. Koff, NY. Poster has five staple holes along left side. Light edge wear on three sides and more moderate edge wear at top edge. Would mat out and display Fine. Second poster is 11x17" for "People Before Profits" featuring Ralph Nader, Patti Smith, Jello Biafra of "Dead Kennedys" and Iris DeMent. Graphic features orange with Statue of Liberty inside and slogan "Fresh Squeezed Democracy". April 13, 2002 event held at the USF Sundome, Tampa Bay. Poster has tack holes at top and bottom center and one small creased corner. Nice esoteric poster for the Dead Kennedys collector.
