2.5x6.5" symbolic silver text for event "San Fransisco/August 19th, 1895" sponsored by "American Bi-Metallic League." This group was formed by silver mine owners in 1889, went national in 1892 and by 1895 was sponsoring conferences nation-wide and making plans to dominate the 1896 Democratic Party Convention. See following item. Light center crease and extremely faint stain lower right. Fine and rare. From the Morry Greener Collection.
