Winters, Esq., Athens, Pennsylvania inviting him to attend "Victory Fund Caucus" at Congress Hotel Chicago. Includes paragraph "At That Time The Various Victory Campaign Committees Through Their State Chairman Will Make Reports Of Their Financial Activities Toward Democratic Success Next November." Has large black ink signature "John W. Davis" as General Chairman. Two fold lines and just a touch of age tone. Comes with Hake's COA. Exc.
