10" tall 3-D figure of FDR stands on 3.25x7x1" tall metal base. FDR appears in sailor outfit wearing rain hat as he steers ship's wheel. A sailboat medallion appears below wheel. Some scattered small black rub marks on the 5" dia. green glass globe. Lamp has replacement wiring and light functions. Metal finish is NM.
