Heavy glazed ceramic crock with heavy wire handle is 7" dia. by 6" tall. Bold blue text under base "Factory No.632 District Wis. 50." Rectangular side panel reads "The Cigars Here In Contained Were Manufactured To Retail At More Than Eight Cents Each And Not More Than Fifteen Cents Each And Are So Tax Paid." Front reads "B.B.B./Bring Back Beer/Every Puff/Gives Prohibition/A Rebuff/Copyrighted/If From Urichs It Must Be Good." Lower right of front text has 1.25" tall surface hairline crack leading to crow's foot of three 1" hairlines on the undersides. Damage is minor. Rest is NM as made except surface oxidation on handle. Likely once had a lid. Probably intended to sit on a speakeasy bar. Only example we've seen.
