Tape stains on corners and surface off lower right corner but a large bold autograph and overall Fine. Watches are running and essentially Mint as issued. Third, also by "Honest Time Co." has rim text "Oops! Beg 'Pardon/You're Pardoned." Shown on football field is Nixon with #74 impeachment year on his uniform as he drops "Watergate Football."
