2-3/8x3.75" stiff card reads in full "Anthony Souvenir Contest/For The Benefit Of/Woman's Suffrage Club/Of The 25th Ward,/Under The Direction Of/Mrs. Irene Hernandez,/At G.A.R. Hall,/Saturday, January 16th, 1897, At 8 P.M./Admission 15 Cents." Card has tiny tip off upper left corner, a nearby .75" hairline break with barely visible archival tape repair on blank reverse, and a small notch off left edge due to insect. Small 1" line on back also with layer of surface paper gone due to insect. Still Fine and rare for single day event.
