10.25x15.75" with photo of left wing newspaper editor and anti-militarist who won the Socialist Party nomination for president in 1916 while Eugene Dubs opted out in a try to get elected to the U.S. House of Representatives from his home state in Indiana. The sign is for a one day speaking event at "Elk Grand Theater/Bellaire, Ohio/Sunday, Sept. 3, 2:30 P.M." Small 1.25" crease upper left corner has archival tape repair on back, bottom edge has 1' thin sliver gone and surface has all over but mild dust smudges. See Hass Socialist banner #152. Rare and VG.
