Item Description
12.25x15.75x.75" thick. 1930s. Painted pressed hard rubber with raised letters/logo. Text below reads "Value/First Clothes/Tailored In Rochester Since 1849." Company name and lower text accented in gold luster. Nice high relief image of bellboy logo with repeated image on suitcase he carries. Designed to hang or stand upright with attached metal easel back. Paper label of sign company "Kirby-Cogeshall-Steinau/Milwaukee" attached to back. Original string for hanging broken (easily replaced if desired). Scattered light wear. Would benefit from a cleaning. Fine.
