Storyline has Dagwood going to pick up his pants from the cleaners and getting home and discovering women's underwear instead of his pants in the box as Blondie's word balloon says "What's That, Dagwood?" She confronts him as he holds the women's underwear behind his back nervously and takes them back to the store saying "A Wife Can See More Out Of The Corner Of Her Eye Than A Husband Can See Thru A Telescope". Art is signed in ink at the bottom of panel three by cartoonist-creator Chic Young and is complete with KFS applied copyright sticker. All four panels have some yellowing from applied Zipatone dot pattern used for shading, otherwise art is Exc. A well drawn funny example.
