Item Description
Each is 3.5x6" c. 1930s. Titles are: "Joan Craford Clark Cable With Lug Farybanks, Around The World With Mae West, Eddie Cantor In The Torso Teaser, Urns & Ballen In Little Can You've Had A Busy Day". Crawford title has her as a young starlet involved with Douglas Fairbanks and then Clark Gable. Mae West storyline is told in biographical format showing her from age nine and up with various males including two pages of her with Popeye. Cantor title has him as a hotel bellhop getting involved with a gay man's wife. Burns and Allen title has Gracie as a fortune teller getting involved with a man and being caught by George and getting involved with him. Mae West and Urns & Ballen covers have some dust soil and lt. creasing near Fine. Other two have Exc. appearance. All are classics with superb art drawn by the same artist. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
