See Brownies book lot #2034. Each monthly issue is 11-3/8x16.25" published between 1891 and 1894. Oct. 1891 through Sept. 1892 contain the complete sequence for "The Brownies Through The Year" with one page for each calendar month. Christmas 1892 through Nov. 1893 contains the complete 12 part sequence for "The Brownies 'Round The World" 12 different locales including Canada, crossing the Atlantic, Ireland, Scotland, England, France, Italy, Egypt, Switzerland, Holland, Russia, China and Japan, Polar regions. 1894 issues have special appearances. Includes: "February Visiting Canada, April In The Land Of Flowers, June Visiting The Goddess Of Liberty (the Statue of Liberty), August At Newport", and "November Playing Football." Cover artists include Wenzell, Alice Barber Stevens, Frank O. Small, C.D. Gibson. Issues are complete but some covers are loose with moderate wear here and there. Overall covers Good/VG, Brownies pages Fine/VF. Superb Palmer Cox art throughout.
