6-7/8x9.75" with pages numbered 721 to 864 plus 16 page ad section including many cartoon schools. Includes seven page illustrated article "A Genius Of The Comic Page" by Summerfield Baldwin on George Herriman with nice specialty art by him including Krazy Kat characters. Front cover has nice painting of Miss Liberty holding flag by Peter Llanuza. Cartoonists represented include Darling, Cesare, Orr, and DeBeck. Cover has minor trace of dust soil with tiny bit of wear along right edge. Overall cover VF, insides NM. High grade, as nice as any of these issues can be found. Issue is listed in Overstreet at $500 in VF, the highest grade the list. This is the key issue in the "Cartoons Magazine" series.
