1920s. 4.5" tall tin litho. Detailed graphics on front of man in uniform resembling police officer wearing hat with Hood tires emblem and holding flag in right hand. Hood tires logo appears along with text "Cord Fabric Solid". Scattered lt. wear with a few lt. hairline scratches. Fine. Nice graphics.
