8.75" long has clear acrylic handle with encased 1.5" dia high relief coin with image of Lombardi on front and text on back including "You Too, Are A True Champion" in center surrounded by text noting his six divisional and five NFL titles between 1959 and 1967. Limited distribution, likely for season ticket holders, select media, etc. Light surface wear to acrylic noticeable only upon close inspection, otherwise Exc. Nice item for a legendary coach.
