12" tin litho bodied with cloth cape and vinyl head. Switch in utility belt makes him walk forward with moving arms and glowing head. All functions work. Slight aging to cape and scattered minute paint nicks but bright and glossy. VF. Classic and desirable Japanese Batman toy. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
