See lot of earlier framed coloring book pages #1774. Calendar tops are from 1939 Brown & Bigelow calendar. Two high quality wood frames, each 17.5x24.5", each with double archival mats. Each has two openings measuring 8-7/8x11.5". Scenes include Alfalfa and friend about to have scooter race with Buckwheat using starting pistol and happy Darla coming through doorway in bkg., Alfalfa eating a jam sandwich as five members including Buckwheat, Darla and Butch look up; Porky eating a sandwich as Buckwheat and friends watch and Alfalfa reads misspelled New Years resolution sign; and Darla passing Alfalfa a cream puff in classroom as Spanky, Buckwheat and Porky look on with Porky having just written "Alfalfa Loves Darla" on the blackboard. All are stiff cardboard and three have holes as produced for hanging. One appears to have been trimmed as hanging hole no longer there. Exc. appearance as framed. Nice framed group ready to hang.
