1.5x2-1/8” stapled booklet with 32 pages plus cover. Pages feature closeup photos of Shirley and when flipped she goes through a series of several different facial expressions. Cover has pair of small corner creases, 3/16” tear on right edge and tiniest bit of general scattered soiling. Back cover is blank although rather dust covered. Interior pages remain Exc. Scarce. From the Tomart Archives and comes with COA signed by Tom Tumbusch and Ted Hake.
