c. late1940s-early 1950s. 60" metal covered wood rod has attached 38x56.5" silk-like fabric banner with fringe bottom. Most likely a stock issue with blank space in center that local dealer's name or car model image was to be applied to. Scattered moisture marks with some tanning and creasing. A few fabric pulls here and there. VG overall. Extremely limited distribution in this design.
