1942 U.S. Government Printing Office. 14.25x20" with striking image of sailor looking out porthole. Lower left has text "Sarra", which is the artist's name. Poster has two folds as issued with hairline color rubs along fold lines and 1" tear at center right side edge fold line and hairline crease at lower left corner. Fine.
