1940s. 9.25x14-3/8" linen backed smaller size poster for office/factory floor posting for war bond drive. Top has "The World...Can Never Forget What They Did...A. Lincoln" with image of troops in action by Lawrence Wilbur with diagonal space at center for percentages of war bond participation. Lower left has factory workers looking at unused list titled "What Are You Doing?" Barely noticeable faint horizontal fold through center as issued. Exc. appearance as mounted.
