1941. 21x26" with nice illustration by Leslie Ragan showing three men in tank. Published by U.S. Government Printing Office right before our entry into World War II. Most likely pertains to new selective service act passed in 1940. A few small edge tears and lt. creasing at top corner tips. Displays bright and VF.
