Poster has silhouette image of Joseph Goebbels, Nazi propaganda minister speaking at microphone with swastika on top saying "It Is Nonsense To Suppose That People Want To Rule Themselves." Art is by CXR Miller. Bottom edge has hairline creasing and left side and top edge at right have a tiny tear. Overall clean and Fine. A striking image.
