Unmarked, but German c. early 1900s. 4" tall hand painted composition full figure. Trace of lt. wear and dust soil, white area on back has a few dark moisture marks. Overall Fine. Nice image of character from the Frederick Opper "Alphonse and Gaston" comic strip, which featured two overly polite characters. From the Carl Lobel Collection.
