Base is nonadjustable with silver luster all complete and lustrous. The ring sides are die-cut with a center segment resembling a flower plus a leaf design which spreads to the left and right. The top has a rectangular beveled edge glass cover (or thick celluloid) with a yellowish tint. The bottom edge is missing a few near microscopic flakes and tiny flake off bottom right corner tip. Upper two corners have small internal age lines but only a speck of material off upper left. About 85% of the top display area displays cleanly. Under the covering is a red panel with the number "100" at the top with a "%" below and below this is a open circular area with the initials "USA." When the ring is tilted the window opening changes from "USA" to "KKK." Underside of the ring is inscribed "Patent Applied For." This is our eighth example in 45 years. Overall condition is somewhat less than Fine but still at least VG and with the alternating inscription function working properly.
