In bottom row is stylized Capitol dome reading "Roosevelt For President" with suspended flag. Next reads "Roosevelt Sponsor." Next "Roosevelt" with "X" representing marked ballot. Last is "Roosevelt" panel over letters "U.S" VF to Mint. A nice group.
