This brass frame, of European issue, is 1-3/8" wide. A ribbon design below the portraits reads "Liberatori Del Mondo." There is a virtual pinpoint green speck over one eye of Churchill. The reverse of the piece has a brass backing with tiny tabs. We suspect, if it was important, the piece could be disassembled and very likely (no promises) this tiny green dot could be removed from the inner surface of the celluloid covering the portrait. As such it is barely noticeable and the rest of the piece is essentially Mint as issued.
