Item Description
The smallest of this group is 1-3/16" and done in silver. Front has his portrait while reverse border reads "Champion Of Justice And Freedom". Text surrounds image of globe inscribed "Atlantic Charter 1941/1945." NM. Next is 1.5" in gold color with his portrait and surrounding text "Four Freedoms Victory Medal/Franklin D. Roosevelt." Reverse of the piece reads "Victory Medal" and lists the four freedoms. Both of these pieces are from the 1940s. The following two pieces are much more modern. The third is 1.5" showing his portrait, name and dates of birth and death. Reverse has text relating to the four freedoms along with a date of 1967. The fourth is a bronze piece showing him with various symbolic designs surrounded by text "Roosevelt's Four Freedoms 1941." Reverse of this has eagle design and text related to Freedoms. Item is undated but rim carries copyright from issuer "Longeines/Wittnauer." All are essentially Mint as issued.
