2.25" button has design of American flags, apple pie and apples with text reading "Sept. 27, 1992/Fall Fest/Harkin/Lloyd-Jones/With Special Guest Gov. Bill Clinton/National Balloon/Classic Field/Indianola, Iowa." Pinned to the button is a 6" gold on red ribbon reading "Host/Harkin/Lloyd-Jones/Fall Fest/1992." Pinpoint black mark at upper left of button as printed but the piece is essentially Mint as made. Only example we've seen.
