Item Description
31 pieces from 7/8" to 4". First item in the group reads "Jeannette Rankin For Congress." See related item #530. Rankin was the first woman in Congress and was also famous for voting against entry into both WWI and WWII. Other women in order are: Edith Willkie, Margaret Chase Smith, matched pair of Mamie and Pat buttons, three for Shirley Chisholm, two for Rosalyn Carter, Betty Ford, two for Ferraro, Nancy Reagan, Schroeder, Ann Richards, Barbra Bush, two for Hillary Clinton, two for Feinstein, large 4" featuring Barbra Mikulski surrounded by 1992 female candidates, Lynn Yeakel, two Carol Moseley Braun, Bella Abzug (long cello split on reverse), Angela Davis (slight age), Reed, Zimmerman, a "ERA Yes" button and an Eleanor Roosevelt commemorative from 1984. All are clean and display Mint except as noted.
